Chass Jazz and the Rascals
Pop / Jazz Band in the Fort Worth/Dallas area, booking for weddings, corporate parties and high end venues.
This is a band composed of all professional musicians that are well established and known for a great many years in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. They have taken jazz standards, jazzy blues, rock n' roll and converted it as renditions to smooth jazz "pop jazz".
Band Members
Charles Wetzel as 'Chass Jazz' the rhythm and lead guitar / vocals
Jon Dobbins as 'King Rascal' the keyboard player / music maestro and master jazz improvisationalist
Jada 'Songbird' as 'Jazzy-Jada' the phenomenal vocalist and powerfull pop / jazz singer
Brock Bradshaw as bass player extraordinaire 'Little-Brock' on the six string electric bass and stand-up bass
Van Tinch on drums, the backbone of the band who creates a magical 'Jazzy' tempo and sets the beat!
Mike Johnson (Saxie Mike) on sax and flute, along with occasional vocals and is the icing on the cake. He adds a jazzy flavor of improv and is another major key ingredient to the band.
